Great location in the heart of Kuta! The buffet breakfast was delicious and the massage at the hotel was super relaxing. Just wish the wifi wasn’t a pain to connect to. 😅

The bathroom layout is poor. it’s part of the room, which feels cramped and unappealing. Drainage issues lead to water pooling on the floor, and cleanliness falls short—found mouse droppings and had issues with dampness. Rusty door locks and malfunctioning AC complicate the stay further, especially with noise from the pool area lingering late into the night.

Nice spot in Kuta, heaps close to restaurants and a good sushi place. The bathroom was a bit mouldy, though, and we didn't get the room we booked.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Jm Hotel Kuta Lombok. The gardens were lovely, and the friendly staff made my mornings brighter, especially during breakfast, which featured a nice variety including fluffy pancakes and nasi goreng.
